PRODUCT USES:

  • Combine with any of Olio’s EVOOs for vinaigrettes.
  • Mix with Chipotle, Harissa, or Wild Mushroom and Sage for a marinade on Pork or Poultry.
  • Serve over ice with vodka or sparkling mineral water.
  • Use as a glaze on seafood.
  • Great in Pasta Salads mixed with Blood Orange or an EVOO.
