OIL PAIRINGS: Blood Orange, Rosemary, Chipotle, Persian Lime, Harissa, Wild Mushroom and Sage, Eureka Lemon, all of Olio’s EVOO’s

PRODUCT USES:

  • Combine with any of Olio’s EVOOs for vinaigrettes
  • Mix with Chipotle, Harissa, or Wild Mushroom and Sage for a marinade on Pork or Poultry
  • Drizzle over goat cheese and serve with crackers
  • Brush on melons then tip with chopped prosciutto and freshly grated cheese
  • Combine with plain yogurt to give it that extra kick
