OIL PAIRINGS: Basil, Blood Orange, Milanese Gremolata, Tuscan Herb, Eureka Lemon, Green Chile, Persian Lime, Cayenne Chile, all of Olio’s EVOO’s

PRODUCT USES:

  • Combine with Basil, or Milanese Gremolata, drizzle over baby greens with feta or goat cheese.
  • Combine with any of Olio’s EVOOs for vinaigrettes.
  • Mix with Baklouti Green Chile, Cayenne Chile, or Tuscan herb for a great pork or poultry marinade.
  • Reduce and use as a syrup on pancakes or waffles.
  • Great in Fruit Salads mixed with Blood Orange or an EVOO!
