  • Combine with any of Olio’s EVOOs for vinaigrettes.

  • Drizzle on onions to caramelize

  • Reduce to use as a syrup on waffles, or pancakes

  • Combine with Tuscan Herb or Basil for a sweet and savory marinade

  • Great in Fruit Salads mixed with Milanese Gremolata or an EVOO
